Absolutely! Some customers prefer a shorter name or something catchy that mirrors their company culture. To do that - you need to go to the Slack workspace administration in your web browser by navigating to https://<<workspace>>.slack.com/apps. and clicking Manage in the upper right:
Search the list for Lexi by Peoplelogic.ai and click the name. Click Configuration as seen in the screenshot below and then scroll down to the Bot User section.
Click Edit in the section where it shows the bot name.
Set the name to anything you like and you should see it reflexed in Slack. Now, whenever you want to @Mention the bot, you can use the new name!
