Some Users Don't Have a StayFactor - How Can I Fix That?

This is usually a perfectly normal occurrence.  When you first start using Peoplelogic.ai, we don't have much information about your team.  We need a minimum number of activities assigned to each employee and we need enough of those activities to be able to generate at least a baseline personality profile.  Until we gather that information, you'll see "Unknown" next to the employees in tables and lists or a note saying that the StayFactor will be generated as more activity is gathered on the individual teams and profiles.

In the event that you know there is activity flowing from installed integrations and you still don't see a StayFactor score, please Contact Support.
