Peoplelogic.ai makes an effort to bring the health of your team and the recommendations to improve your team's performance to where you spend most of your time already - your email and your team chat.
By default, we'll send each manager of a team in your Peoplelogic.ai organization a Weekly Catch Up at the end of each week, designed to kick off your Monday. If you'd like to turn off this email, see changing your Peoplelogic.ai notifications.
Let's take a look at what that looks like:
Breaking Down the Email
- The email starts by giving you a summary of the 10 most active team members - highlighting the activity they've had in the last week and their current StayFactor. If you click the Check All button next to each employee, you'll be taken to their specific page where you can see more detail. Click here to read more about StayFactor and what it means.
- Similar to the Daily Pulse, we're bringing you the latest recommendations for your team. In the weekly email, you're only going to see the ones that you haven't already acted on. Clicking on View All Recommendations will take you to the team page where you can tell us to ignore any remaining recommendations or mark them as acted on.
- Different weeks may have different performance metrics. In the weekly email we're showing you how your team used the hours in their day.
- Finally, we're bringing you insights into how your team's personality profile compares to the rest of the organization and what makes up their current StayFactor. These measures are an average across all the members of your team that have had enough activity to record a StayFactor an a personality profile. Click here to read more on the components of StayFactor.
